2. Promotional Vacation Offer

The Las Vegas promotional vacation package currently offered through this website includes a 4-day / 3-night Las Vegas-area hotel or resort stay for up to four guests for a promotional purchase price of $99, subject to eligibility, availability, property-specific requirements, promotional inventory and these Terms & Conditions.

The promotional package is not a guaranteed reservation for a specific hotel, resort, room type, bedding configuration or travel date until OMG Vacations and/or the applicable participating property confirms the final travel arrangements.

3. Participating Las Vegas Properties

Promotional accommodations may be fulfilled through participating Las Vegas-area hotels or resorts. Depending on eligibility, availability and promotional inventory, participating properties may include:

• Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino.
• The STRAT Hotel, Casino & Tower.
• Rio Hotel & Casino.
• Harrah's Las Vegas.
• Flamingo Las Vegas.
• Other comparable participating Las Vegas properties.

Property assignment, room type, bedding configuration, amenities, location and accommodation layout are subject to availability and may differ from images or examples displayed on this website.

4. Travel Dates and Availability

Travel dates selected or submitted during the online reservation process are requested travel dates only and do not constitute a confirmed hotel or resort reservation.

Travel is subject to availability, promotional inventory, seasonal restrictions, property-specific rules and final confirmation by OMG Vacations and/or the applicable participating accommodation provider.

Guests requesting travel on short notice may be required to contact OMG Vacations before purchasing or finalizing travel.

5. Eligibility Requirements

Promotional vacation eligibility requirements may vary by participating hotel, resort, promotional provider and available promotional inventory.

General qualification requirements may include:

• Minimum qualifying age requirements.
• Valid government-issued photo identification.
• A major credit card.
• Married or cohabitating couples may be required to travel and attend the resort presentation together.
• Certain single travelers may be subject to separate qualification criteria.
• Income, residency, credit, marital status or other property-specific qualification criteria may apply.

OMG Vacations reserves the right to determine which participating promotional inventory may be available based on the traveler's eligibility and the requirements of the applicable promotional provider.

6. Vacation Ownership / Timeshare Presentation

Qualified participants are required to attend and complete an approximately 90–120 minute vacation ownership/timeshare sales presentation during their Las Vegas stay.

All persons required by the participating property's promotional qualification rules must attend and complete the presentation in order to satisfy the requirements of the promotional vacation package.

7. $150 Casino Token Promotional Benefit

The Las Vegas promotional vacation offer includes a promotional benefit identified as $150 in Casino Tokens, subject to the applicable promotional rules, redemption requirements and participating locations.

Casino Tokens may be issued or redeemed through a participating promotional provider or location and may be subject to identification, eligibility, age, activation, redemption or other requirements.

Casino Tokens are a promotional benefit and should not be interpreted as cash or a cash equivalent unless expressly stated in the applicable redemption terms.

Casino Token availability, redemption locations, expiration dates, denominations and use restrictions may be governed by separate promotional terms supplied at or before redemption.

8. Payment

The promotional package purchase price is currently $99 and is processed as a one-time payment.

Payment confirms the purchase of the promotional vacation package. Payment alone does not confirm a particular hotel, resort, room type or travel date.

9. Reservation Processing

After purchase, OMG Vacations may request additional traveler information necessary to verify eligibility and process the promotional reservation.

A Reservation Specialist may contact the purchaser by telephone, SMS, WhatsApp or email to verify information, review requested travel dates and finalize reservation arrangements.

A purchase confirmation, payment receipt or website confirmation does not constitute final confirmation of the customer's hotel or resort reservation.

10. Communications Consent

By providing your telephone number or email address and submitting information through this website, you consent to receive transactional communications from OMG Vacations relating to your inquiry, purchase, reservation, eligibility review and travel arrangements.

Transactional communications may be delivered by telephone, SMS, WhatsApp or email using the contact information provided by the customer.

Where separately authorized, you may also receive promotional communications by telephone, SMS or email. Message and data rates may apply. Marketing consent is not a condition of purchase. Marketing text recipients may opt out by replying STOP.

11. Property Amenities and Entertainment

Amenities, casino facilities, restaurants, pools, entertainment, attractions and other features shown or described on this website are representative of participating Las Vegas properties and are not guaranteed at every property.

Certain amenities, restaurants, entertainment venues, attractions, activities, parking, resort services or other property features may require additional fees, reservations, age restrictions, separate admission or may operate only during designated hours.

OMG Vacations does not control the operation, availability or pricing of third-party hotel, resort, casino, restaurant, entertainment or attraction services.

12. Images and Property References

Hotel, resort, accommodation, casino, dining and amenity images appearing on this website are provided for illustrative and promotional purposes and may represent participating properties.

The property, room, bedding configuration, amenities or experiences ultimately assigned or available to the customer may differ from images displayed on this website.

13. No Guarantee of Specific Property

Selection, viewing or preference of a particular participating Las Vegas hotel or resort does not guarantee placement at that property.

Final property assignment is determined by promotional inventory, requested travel dates, qualification requirements, participating provider requirements and availability.

14. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund rights, including any legally required cancellation periods, will be governed by applicable law and the terms provided with the promotional vacation purchase.

Any cancellation request should be submitted promptly to OMG Vacations using the contact information provided below.

Cancellation of a promotional vacation package does not necessarily cancel reservations, tickets, services or purchases obtained separately from third-party providers.

15. Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for reviewing their reservation confirmation, qualification requirements, travel dates, check-in instructions and applicable property requirements before travel.

Guests are also responsible for transportation to and from Las Vegas and for incidental expenses, meals, transportation, parking, resort charges or other expenses not expressly identified as included in the promotional package.

16. Prohibited Misuse

Promotional packages may not be resold, transferred or used for commercial purposes unless expressly permitted by OMG Vacations and the applicable promotional provider.

False, incomplete or misleading information provided during the qualification or reservation process may result in cancellation of promotional eligibility.

17. Seller of Travel Disclosure

18. Offer to Sell Travel

This website and promotional vacation package constitute an offer to sell travel.

19. Third-Party Providers

Participating hotels, resorts, casino operators, promotional providers, transportation companies, entertainment venues and other travel suppliers are independent third parties and are responsible for the services they provide.

OMG Vacations may facilitate promotional travel arrangements but does not own or operate the participating Las Vegas hotels, resorts or casinos unless expressly stated otherwise.

20. Changes to These Terms

OMG Vacations may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version in effect at the time of purchase will govern the purchaser's promotional package, subject to applicable law.
